TRIKPOS.COM, JAKARTA | Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Biro Humas, Data, dan Informasi Thobib Al Asyhar, menegaskan bahwa Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas sama sekali tidak membandingkan suara azan dengan suara anjing. Pemberitaan yang mengatakan Menag membandingkan dua hal tersebut adalah sangat tidak tepat.
“Menag sama sekali tidak membandingkan suara azan dengan suara anjing, tapi Menag sedang mencontohkan tentang pentingnya pengaturan kebisingan pengeras suara,” tegas Thobib Al-Asyhar di Jakarta, Kamis (24/2/2022).
Menurut Thobib, saat ditanya wartawan tentang Surat Edaran (SE) Nomor 05 Tahun 2022 tentang Pedoman Penggunaan Pengeras Suara di Masjid dan Musala dalam kunjungan kerjanya di Pekanbaru, Menag menjelaskan bahwa dalam hidup di masyarakat yang plural diperlukan toleransi. Sehingga perlu pedoman bersama agar kehidupan harmoni tetap terawat dengan baik, termasuk tentang pengaturan kebisingan pengeras suara apa pun yang bisa membuat tidak nyaman.
“Dalam penjelasan itu, Gus Menteri memberi contoh sederhana, tidak dalam konteks membandingkan satu dengan lainnya, makanya beliau menyebut kata misal. Yang dimaksud Gus Yaqut adalah misalkan umat muslim tinggal sebagai minoritas di kawasan tertentu, di mana masyarakatnya banyak memelihara anjing, pasti akan terganggu jika tidak ada toleransi dari tetangga yang memelihara,” jelasnya.
“Jadi Menag mencontohkan, suara yang terlalu keras apalagi muncul secara bersamaan, justru bisa menimbulkan kebisingan dan dapat mengganggu masyarakat sekitar. Karena itu perlu ada pedoman penggunaan pengeras suara, perlu ada toleransi agar keharmonisan dalam bermasyarakat dapat terjaga. Jadi dengan adanya pedoman penggunaan pengeras suara ini, umat muslim yang mayoritas justru menunjukkan toleransi kepada yang lain. Sehingga, keharmonisan dalam bermasyarakat dapat terjaga,” tuturnya.
Menag, lanjut Thobib, tidak melarang masjid-musala menggunakan pengeras suara saat azan. Sebab, itu memang bagian dari syiar agama Islam. Edaran yang Menag terbitkan hanya mengatur antara lain terkait volume suara agar maksimal 100 dB (desibel). Selain itu, mengatur tentang waktu penggunaan disesuaikan di setiap waktu sebelum azan.
“Jadi yang diatur bagaimana volume speaker tidak boleh kencang-kencang, 100 dB maksimal. Diatur kapan mereka bisa mulai gunakan speaker itu sebelum dan setelah azan. Jadi tidak ada pelarangan,” tegasnya.
“Dan pedoman seperti ini sudah ada sejak 1978, dalam bentuk Instruksi Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam,” tandasnya.

Right now it seems like BlogEngine is the top blogging platform out there right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?
It’s really very difficult in this busy life to listen news on TV, thus I simply use web for that purpose, and take the latest news.
